Hey wassup y’all…as most of you already know, or have heard through the grapevine, I am moving down to L.A next month for about a year and a bit…maybe even longer…maybe for good! lol i don’t really know, anything could happen…anyway, i’m moving down, trying to make a name for myself out there and hopefully opening up my very own barbershop!!!

The past few months have been pretty busy with trying to get everything ready for me to move down..so I’m trying my very best to kick it with everyone whenever I get the time to…and that is why i’ve decided to throw a HUGE GOING AWAY JAM!!!

What’s going on guys…it’s that time of the month again…”ONE NIGHT STAND” VOL.2 Open Mic Night held @ Enfield Fox and the Fiddle Mississauga…So if you think you got what it takes to step up to the mic and show your talent, this is the night to do so!!!

Last month was a great success, and we would like to keep the goodtimes, and goodvibes going…We are looking for some talented people ready to rock the mic…singers, mucisians, comedians, poets, mc’s…DON’T SLEEEP ON THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SHINE!!!

I’ve got a couple performers lined up throughout the night as well….these guys got some talent!!! So don’t be shy, break out of that shell and show your skills…

Let the countdown to a new life, new beginning, new everything begin!!! It’s already near the end of the month, and there is still so much I’ve got to do before I head out to LA…I honestly don’t even know where this month has gone…seems like it was just NYE yesterday, without the hangover of course ahahah…but real talk, the emotions that I’ve been feeling lately have been crazyyy…there are sooo many things going on through my head this past month that sometimes I blank out and think it’s all a dream….i mean i’m scared, excited, nervous, happy, and sad about me moving down and starting a brand new life…but I know that i’ve got the support behind me to keep me moving forward!!!

I hardly ever travel much, but this year has got to be the most i’ve ever travelled ever in my life lol…first I went down to Florida with my brothers, Will, Seven, and Dame…we hit up South Beach, Miami, Clearwater Tampa, and Orlando!  Then I flew out on my own for the very first time to L.A where I realized that there was a future down there for me!  I didn’t know what to expect from that trip to Cali, but I was just overwhelmed with the outcome! After that trip i felt that there was soo much more opportunities out there for me and that I should really sit down and think about my next move!!!

Now here I am, just less then a month away from starting a brand new life down in Cali…for others it may not seem like a big deal, but for me this is probably the biggest move I have ever made in my life!!! I’ve got a few weeks left to kick it with all my friends and family before I bounce…I guess all these years of hard work has paid off…imma go down there, not expecting anything at all as usual, and i’m gonna grind it out and do what I came there to do!!! I would like to thank all my friends and family for supporting me through every step/decision I have made throughout the years…if it wasn’t for you guys I probably wouldn’t have the courage and motivation to do what i’m about to do…

So imma end this off by saying this…

So lastnight myself, Will, Bry, and Karen headed down to Lucky Strike to bowl with Hadi, Bosh, Angelique, and Venus…I had a lot of fun just kickin it with these guys and gettin to know Hadi and Bosh on a personal level…like i said in my previous post, i’m trying to kick it with the homies as much as I can before I move down to LA cause imma miss moments like this!!! Once I get down there, its nothing but straight grinding!!! Lastnight was a goodnight…thanks for some good times homies!!!

It’s 1:30am and i’m just laying in bed trying to sleep but it clearly ain’t happening…I got a lot on my mind, with it being a brand new year and my BIG move coming up just a couple weeks away…there’s so much to do in so little time…so many friends I wanna kick it with before I bounce…spending time with the family before I part ways…it’s pretty stressfull!!! Do you ever just think about where your headed too? Do you ever just sit there and look at where your at in life and if its where you wanna be? I have moments like this every now and then…to me its like a reality check…to know where i’m at, make sure i’m where I wanna be and that i’m on the right track to where I wanna end up at…

This is my first post about how i’m feeling and whats going on in my head…I kinda feel good expressing it this way rather then keeping it inside of me and letting it build up…now a lot of you know that i’m moving to Cali next month for a year, maybe longer who knows…those who had to find out through this post, well i’m sorry that i didn’t tell you its just that i wanted to keep things on the low, but obviously word spreads in a matter of minutes lol…anyway, i’m moving down to Cali for school…i’m going down to earn my diploma in the Arts & Science of Barbering and become a fully certified/licensed barber!!! I’m leaving a whole lot behind and starting brand new…I’ve worked my ass off for the past couple years to get me where i’m at today…I told myself back in 2008 that in 2010 i’m gonna be making moves…now i was thinkin more of possibly opening up my own shop in 2010, but i never thought that it was actually moving to another country…ever since I made that choice to move down and start from scratch, I started to look at where I was in my life…and if things are going the way I wanted it to…I started to realize how much my life has changed and that i’m only getting older… there is sooooo much opportunity out there so whatever comes your way, take it! you only live once!!!

Have you ever thought about how your life would’ve been if you didn’t make the choices that you made in the past? I always ask myself if i’m truly happy right now…One thing i’ve learned is that you must always make yourself happy before anything and anyone else…DO YOU!!! Get yourself to where you wanna be and everything else will fall into place at the right time!!!  At this point things are pretty good, but it could be better….yes i’m happy with where i’m at, but nervous about my big move…anyway imma try to get some sleep, I got a booked up schedule tomorrow starting at 9am!!!
